[Lnc-business] Motion for the July 15th 2012 LNC meeting - on Proposed Agenda and Reports

I move that 14 days be changed to 7 days in the following:

 

Section 2.07 PARTY RECORDS

1) Proposed Agenda and Reports

The proposed agenda and all reports shall be distributed to the LNC at least
14 days prior to the session.

 

My reason:  Contemporaneous information is essential, and a fourteen day
difference between distribution and the meeting is excessive.
