[Lnc-business] How to prepare for the LNC meeting

Some of you are new to the LNC, and the rest of you are not.

Regardless, I think the following bears mentioning:

Please prepare for each LNC meeting.

Submit a written report if at all possible where appropriate. Written
reports will be included not only as part of the meeting binder, but will be
recorded as part of the minutes. If you are a regional rep, this means that
your electorate can see evidence of what you've delivered to the LNC. If
you give a verbal report, they will not. Also, reports submitted to Robert
by the deadline are already in the binder, and do not require any "paperwork
check". If there are lots of reports delivered at the LNC meeting, this
agenda item takes longer. It is perfectly fine to deliver an "addendum",
either verbally or written at the meeting.

Post all of your reports prepared in advance to this list, even if they
don't make the binder deadline.

Please read everything you can ahead of time. Note your questions for Q&A
at the meeting.

Please review the Policy Manual.

Please attend.

Thanks!

Geoffrey Neale
