[Lnc-business] September Financial Reports

The September financial reports are attached. We had a $48,329 surplus, 
bring the reserve back above the reserve requirement. We ended the month 
with $205,319 in cash.

Of note, online contributions jumped up in September. The first half of 
this year, online contributions averaged $19796 per month. They were 
$30831 in August, and $72803 in September.
