[Lnc-business] Email ballot on choosing Chicago for the March LNC meeting

With all due respect, how is the Secretary supposed to count this vote?
Probably?  Really?

Please folks, if you want the meeting in Chicago vote yes, and if not vote
no.  This should be a fairly simple and straight-forward vote.
