[Lnc-business] Email ballot on choosing Chicago for the March LNC meeting

I vote No on this motion.  I think St. Patrick's day weekend is not a good
choice.   Also,
the time of year is a factor.  It has nothing to do with cold weather.   It
has to do with
transportation problems in regard to flying or driving in a possible
blizzard.   Chicago
would be great on another weekend.
