[Lnc-business] New e-mail ballot; updates on other LNC items of business

Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  In a separate message I shall send 
you a new e-mail ballot that has been proposed by Geoff Neale.  The 
motion under consideration is a revision of the previous motion 
submitted by Mark Hinkle.

     If all goes as planned, later this evening (or early tomorrow 
morning EST) I shall send you updated information concerning the e-mail 
ballot for Mr. Hinkle's previous motion.  In addition, I shall send 
updated information concerning applications for the position of LNC 
secretary.

     As always, thanks for your work for liberty.  Please do not 
hesitate to contact me if you have any questions about this matter, or 
if you have suggestions as to how I can improve my service to the LNC in 
my capacity as Secretary Pro Tem.
