     I hope all is well with you.  I have been trying since shortly 
after 9:00 p.m. to call the conference call line.  For some reason I 
cannot gain access; I tried the system this afternoon three times and it 
worked without difficulty.

     If I may request, please delay the meeting until 10:00 p.m.
