office post-Watergate lease expiration during the 15 minutes allotted to the  
Building Committee?

Perhaps it’s not the right way to do things, but I have  placed an 
Executive Session on the agenda.  I have not given a time  period, because I do not 
know.  Also, I’m wondering if I should have said  something like “recess 
for Executive Session”.  I trust one or more of  the parliamentarians can give 
me guidance.  Please do not ask me to be  more specific about these items 
at this time, unless you want to talk to me on  the phone.  We do not have a 
discussion list where all members respect  the word CONFIDENTIAL, and I will 
not share further
