The April End-of-Month Financial Reports are attached.

The increase in revenues is from successful fundraising for the Building 
Project Fund. The Building Fund increased from $120,482 in March to 
$176,194 at the end of April. However, general fundraising has dropped 
each month this year. The sum of membership dues, donations, recurring 
gifts, and board solicitations is $75,273 below the year-to-date budget. 
The total for these for January through April is $311,076, while 
$386,350 was budgeted.
