[Lnc-business] Chair's requedst for mail ballot

Dear colleagues:

     I hope all is well with you.  I am writing to confirm that I did 
not send the e-mail below that was supposedly sent by me; I have no idea 
how such a message was sent.  I request that Mr. Neale and Mr. Kraus 
make inquiries about this matter; for obvious reasons I do not want 
messages I didn't send to be attributed to me.

     As you have probably seen by now, I have submitted the e-mail 
ballot concerning Mr. Hinkle's motion to the LNC.  The voting period 
concludes as of 9:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, Jan. 24.

     As always, thanks for your work for liberty.  Please do not 
hesitate to contact me if I can be of assistance to you.
