Dear Starchild:

     I hope all is well with you.  Thank you very much for your 
message.  I have no idea why you encountered problems; however, it 
appears that you, Mark Hinkle, and I all experienced problems. Please 
accept my apologies for the difficulty you encountered.

     If I may request, please send me as much information about your 
experience as you can provide (e.g., how many times you called, what 
information you entered before encountering the message you mentioned, 
were you using a mobile phone or a land line, etc.).  I shall contact 
FreeConferenceCall.com to investigate this matter.  For whatever it is 
worth, it took me nearly an hour to gain access.  In addition, for some 
reason, once I got through my call was disconnected after roughly 10 
minutes; it took me about 5 minutes before I was able to gain access again.

     This situation is particularly frustrating because I tested the 
system three times this afternoon to check that it worked properly.  In 
addition, I have used the system (albeit with different dial-in numbers 
and access codes) successfully on many occasions (including yesterday 
afternoon) in my capacity as secretary of the International Society for 
Individual Liberty.

     As always, thanks for your work for liberty.  I shall let you know 
if I obtain any useful information from my inquiry into this situation.
