[Lnc-business] Update: E-MAIL BALLOT: Revised Hinkle motion to purchase a building

Dear Starchild:

I hope all is well with you. After the voting process opened, upon
receiving a vote, I recorded the vote and the time the vote was received
on a log sheet. Before posting the vote totals to the LNC-Business
list, I checked my e-mail files again to determine whether I had
recorded properly all votes received.

After receiving your message I rechecked my e-mail files; as far as
I can tell, I have not received a vote from you concerning Mr. Hinkle's
revised motion. Of course, it is possible that you sent the vote and I
didn't receive it, or that somehow it was accidentally deleted before I
read it. Again, if possible, please forward all messages in which you
voted on Mr. Hinkle's revised motion. If you voted prior to the
deadline, I shall make the appropriate change to the vote totals and
send those totals to Mr. Neale tomorrow.

As always, thanks for your work for liberty. I appreciate your
help in this matter.

     Take care,
     Jim
