Insert Section 3.03.3: SPECIFIC STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual

The Operations Director in consultation with the Treasurer and the Audit 
Committee shall review the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual at 
least annually and update as needed.
