Moved by Mr. Neale: 

To increase budget authority for legal expense in the 2013 LNC budget by
$3,500 to fund the costs of an appeal, to the Supreme Court of the United
States, of the decision that kept the Libertarian Party presidential ticket
from appearing on the ballot in Michigan in 2012.

Voting on this motion concludes at 11:59 PM Eastern time on September 16,
