[Lnc-business] [Lnc-discuss] Motion with prior notice - Recording of LNC meetings

	Thank you Geoff. Yes, all three motions I sent last night were sent with the intention of giving prior notice so they can be voted on at the upcoming meeting under the lower threshold of majority approval instead of 2/3. Scott, I thought that would have been obvious from the fact that I put "Motion with prior notice" in each of the subject lines. I know well enough that it takes 3 co-sponsors for me to get something voted on by email ballot.
