I would urge the national party to put out press releases on both the plane
shot down (hopefully indicating that the US should not increase
involvement, and should decrease it) and the subsequent ground attack on
Gaza - probably launched with a major story in the news to decrease
coverage.  I can provide a draft if that will help.
