All,
The Secretary asked me to inquire regarding minutes from the
Libertarian Party of Oregon's board meeting and whether there had been
a vote on the motion to disaffiliate.

Attached are the draft minutes of the August 5, 2014 meeting of the
Libertarian Party of Oregon Board meeting, indicating that the
previous pending motion to disaffiliate from the Libertarian National
Committee was amended by substitution to produce the resolution
eventually passed.  It does not appear that the motion to disaffiliate
came to a vote as originally written.
