[Lnc-business] Primer on how a Board should function

On Saturday I will be handing out a 3 page primer on Carver Policy
Governance.

 

This is one of many systems that boards use to focus their time and energy
on helping the organization accomplish its mission.

 

I don't expect the LNC to adopt Carver, but nevertheless the primer has some
really good insights on how a board can change from being just competent to
being excellent.
