(R) received 31.6% of the vote, Chad Monnin (L) took the win with 36.7%,
Michael Johnston (D) received 6.3%, and 25.4% reported to still be
Undecided."

I suppose that group leans libertarian, but as long as it isn't explicitly
Libertarian, then I suppose this is a mildly good sign

for Mr. Monnin.
