All,

I am appointing the following people the Employment Policy and
Compensation Committee.  I apologize for the delay, it's been a very
difficult to choose between five well-qualified applicants for three
positions.

Brett Bittner, Joshua Katz, and James Lark will be the members of the
EPCC for the remainder of this LNC term.
