[Lnc-business] John Wayne Smith passed away this morning.

I received a call from a member of John's family a little while ago.  I was
asked to notify the Libertarian Party.  John had been dealing with cancer
for several years
and went into the hospital in August for an operation.  He went back into
the hospital November 24th, was discharged last Saturday, and went into
Hospice care.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
