>From the Policy Manual:

1) Previous Notice

An LNC Member may satisfy by either one of two methods the requirement of
giving previous notice of his or her intention to introduce an original main
motion7 at the next session:

. announcing this intention at the previous session in the presence of a
quorum, providing an accurate and complete statement of purport, such notice
to be taken

note of in the minutes; or

. send the complete language of the motion to the entire LNC by e-mail at
least 14 days prior to the session.

The next session of the LNC will be on March 1st and 2nd. I intend to call
the meeting to order at 9AM Eastern. I know I have not previously announced
when I would call the meeting to order, but we have never done so (in this
term) at a later time.

Therefore, with a strict reading of the Policy Manual, I declare that the
cutoff for previous notice was at 9AM Eastern today.

All motions and requests received after 9AM Eastern today will not be
included in the proposed agenda, and have not met the requirements for
previous notice. Please bring your motions with you to the meeting, and you
can move to amend the proposed agenda at that time.
