    Now that the International Representative motion has passed, could you please enter a motion to appoint my friend, James Lark to the position as the second representative.  He really should be the first, as he has been active in ISIL longer than I have.  He was fulfilling the duties of the position before Mr. Neal thought of the idea. Also, encourage Mr.  Neal to join ISIL if he hasn't already, as it is the preeminent international libertarian organization today.
