[Lnc-business] Libertarian Convention vs. Green National Meeting - Registration Fees

I would also note that 50/51 of our affiliates don't charge a floor
fee.  Please correct me if I'm wrong and there's any other state
affiliate other than California that charges a floor fee for the
business session of a convention.
