[Lnc-business] Article on Libertarians affecting Senate races

Nice article, but the author needs a refresher on how to discuss
percentages. According to what he wrote, as opposed to what he meant, if
Sarvis had 100 votes, if he hadn't run, 5 would have stayed home, 1 would
have voted GOP, and the rest would have ceased to exist.
