[Lnc-business] Meeting costs

I would say I made an alternative suggestion, but in case it wasn't clear,
I suggest holding the meeting in a hotel, but instead of renting a meeting
room, renting an extra suite and meeting there. It may be more 'cozy' but
as long as they have large suites, should be doable.
An exception would be when scouting for the convention, when it's worth
seeing all facilities.
If Wes thinks the office is not suitable, so be it. I haven't seen it. I am
left to wonderful why we bought an office that can't hold a meeting of this
medium size.
I disagree that the reason I'm worried about cost is a failure to
fundraise. I live in a low rent apartment. If my income doubled, I'd live
in a low rent apartment. If we doubled our income, I'd like to see that
money go to our core mission, which is not the holding of meetings.
