Your post just suggested a great idea. Let's impose a floor fee for LNC attendees adequate to pay for the meeting place. Even if we decided on that needle park, we would have to bring our own "works".

By the way, what are Green national dues? Perhaps we should adopt their dues structure if we are going to adopt their floor fees policy.
