Norm,
You beat me to the idea of deleting the Outreach Committee. The person who
advocated that it be created in 2010 requested that it be eliminated at the
end of that term. It's a leftover at this point.
I don't think it's necessary to eliminate that budget category, though.
There could still be spending in that category with or without the
existence of the committee. We routinely allocate zero to budget
categories for which there is no plan for expenditure, and having it in the
budget template just requires that if there is a spending plan, it must be
itemized rather than rolled into another category.
