After taking that bus to Wiehle-Reston East Metro Station, take a "Largo
Town Center" train to Rosslyn.


Then, transfer to a blue line train to Franconia-Springfield.

 

After the train passes the Reagan Airport station, follow the instructions
that Robert Kraus sent out for Reagan National Airport.

 

 

 

Note - the first bus leaves rather late in the morning from Dulles.  For an
earlier bus to the Metro, try this:

"What's the best way of getting to the meeting early Saturday morning from
Washington Dulles airport?  I was originally planning to fly in to Reagan
airport on Friday, September 19th.  But I now have an important business
meeting scheduled for that Friday afternoon, so I've had to change to a
red-eye flight that leaves LAX at 11 pm and arrives at Dulles at 6:50 am.
Any advice would be appreciated.
