According to the New Orleans Airport web site, you can get a round trip from
the New Orleans Airport to the hotel for $38 round trip.  That translates
into about $44 including tips.

 

If you want to save some money, you can get FROM the airport to within one
block of the hotel for $2, using just two public buses.

 

Basically, you take the E2 bus from the airport to downtown New Orleans
(don't forget to ask the driver for a transfer!), and then you take the W2,
W3, or W8 bus to the stop at Convention Center Blvd and Calliope.  Note -
all of these buses are JeT buses (Jefferson Transit), not RTA buses (New
Orleans).

 

If you are leaving New Orleans on Sunday the E2 bus does not run on that
day, so you will have to find another way of getting back to the airport.

 

Even if you have to use the shuttle on Sunday, you still only pay a total of
$26 if you take the public bus on your way to the hotel.
