[Lnc-business] Motion for a mail ballot - increase budget for Kentucky litigation

Marc,

What I understood from the EC call yesterday was that the attorney is
taking the case on a contingency basis, which means he won't get paid
attorney's fees unless we win a monetary award.  If we win damages, Nick's
comments come into play.
