Well, I agree with your first point, but I don't see the connection to
Bretts comments. It shows states should know their own laws so as to find
these opportunities. I don't think it shows that national is worthless, or
why it's great to do speed dating with other parties.
Also, it seems to be an example of states being different. Running for
Governor was brilliant for Alaska, less for Connecticut.
