[Lnc-business] Spring LNC mtg: San Diego, Houston, Atlanta, Alexandria

I have no objections to any of the cities.

1. Houston (my brother & nieces live there)
Preference is a location convenient to Hobby airport instead of Bush. Southwest flies non-stop to Hobby.
2. Phoenix (aunt & cousin live there)
3. Los Angeles (cheaper and quicker for me to get to than Alexandria)

Phoenix also has the advantage of avoiding winter weather in March.
