[Lnc-business] March LNC meeting

Hi Sam,

 

I've now contacted over 44 venues. The weekend of 3/27-30 is height of
spring training for baseball so prices and availability have been tough.
That said I have currently have 4 good options and expect to hear back from
several others sometime early next week as folks return from vacations and
such.

 

As I already warned you all at the LNC meeting - the room rate is going to
be $130-140 so no one should be surprised. 

 

I would still hold off on purchasing flights until things are more finalized
over the next week or two.
