[Lnc-business] requesting email blast for LPEX

What have we been doing as our standard practice?  The Libertarian
Party has co-sponsored other non-Party events - such as the
International Students for Liberty conference.  Have we been routinely
sending email blasts to promote these?  I would favor saving email
blasts for LP activities (Where LP stands for LIbertarian Party)
