23 year old beats 4 other candidates in a Republican Primary, and then goes
on to win the General Election.

 

She became the youngest woman to ever get elected to the Florida State
House.

If a woman can win a 5 candidate Republican Primary at age 23, I think it
should be obvious that right now, 

Libertarians can win non-partisan City Council elections.  And maybe even
win a small number of contested partisan elections.
