[Lnc-business] LNC Meeting 07/18-19

After discussing the issue with the chair and Robert, we all decided we 
would try meeting Sunday in the basement of LPHQ. It will be a bit 
tight, but it will work. Based on the experience, you may or may not 
decide to try it again some day. For example, if you find the space just 
too cramped and too small, you might not want to do it again. On the 
other hand, you may find that for the price, it works fine and might 
work again in the future.
