So far, $11,340 and 196 renewals can be attributed to the Direct-Line 
appeals with certainty, while another $7,446.65 and 99 renewals are 
probably partly attributable to DirectLine, but won't appear that way in 
our Raisers Edge Reports.

DirectLine continues mailing monthly reminders to people who said they 
would renew but haven't followed through yet. For example, they told me 
just over 240 of those letters would go out today.
