[Lnc-business] Fall/Winter meeting dates and location

I would be supportive of choosing a date all can attend. In particular, I
am uncomfortable holding the budget meeting knowing, in advance, that an EC
member, who also chairs the EPCC, is unable to attend. Both of those tasks
seem relevant, so I would favor holding it when Dr. Lark is available.
By the way, CT hasn't hosted a meeting. We could meet in my apartment.
I'll bake cookies.
