[Lnc-business] Next LNC meeting no binders, 2 stapled packages

When I brought this up a couple of meetings ago, my thoughts were that those with laptops or tablets at the meeting can look up reports online and won't need printouts of reports submitted by the Monday before the meeting. The Policy Manual is available at http://www.lp.org/leadership/lnc-meeting-archives. If it would significantly reduce the shipping cost, we can further reduce the weight shipped.

Instead, post them somewhere on the LP web site.  Post the originalversion the Monday before the LNC Session, and then post updates as totallyseparate files.    Eg:       LNC Meeting Documents –  November 9, 2015  (Monday)    LNC Meeting Documents –update 1 -  November 11, 2015  (Wednesday)    LNC Meeting Documents –update 2  - November 13, 2015  (Friday the 13th)    LNC Meeting Documents –final update – November 17, 2015  (Tuesday)       And the updates wouldonly include files that were not posted earlier.  This will make it very easyfor us to keep track of what we have read, and what we have not read.    By posting at leastsome of the documents the Monday before the LNC Session, and dribbling out thelate files as they come in, you give LNC members 3 or 4 days to read many of thedocuments before the LNC Session.
