One interesting item this evening. Jesse Ventura just had a long news interview about an hour ago, and one comment I was surprised to hear was that he would consider attending the June 2016 Libertarian convention and seeking their endorsement for president. It sounded like a well thought out thought on his part.
Might be a news worthy angle for us as well. Maybe we should respond that we expect a record Libertarian vote in 2016 and if the Libertarian candidate was actually allowed into the presidential debates, taking into consideration the general feeling of distrust of both the major political parties, that it is possible a Gary Johnson or a Jessie Ventura could be the first Libertarian president?
What might also help our cause is if we could do a quick national poll of likely voters and in a presidential run off with Hillary, Trump and Venture/Johnson, what would be our current strength? I think it would be interesting to see the results, and if positive, would make for a good media break for us as well?
