I am all for making a profit, but in this rebranding issue, I think we really need to have a totally separate accounting for our store vs. our operations. As long as store profits pay for store expenses, I really think our administration should just manage it and not bother us, other then an occasional report so that we know the profits didn't go into a Vegas retreat in Las Vegas, or when the store profits have accumulated to an outlandish amount so they are transferring and extra million dollars to our general account. Maybe we need a completely separate employee who would run our store on a contract bases, so our staff would not have to worry about these minor store issues?

If this were merely a motion to increase the expense line, I would vote against it. However, it also increases revenue to offset the extra expense. Mr. Benedict indicated that most of the items are going to be sold at a profit, so hopefully the actual impact on our bottom line will be a net positive because the revenue will exceed the expense.
