[Lnc-business] Email Ballot 2015-10: EPCC and Contract Review

Year-to-date, compensation makes up more than 40% of our expenses for
2015. The content of director-level contracts has a very large impact on a
very large expense category. The LNC as a whole is tasked with asset
management, and I don't think it's at all unreasonable to ask the LNC to be
more engaged on these contract terms.
