Not only is your math correct, but these contracts appear to be clear
violations of the LNC Policy Manual 2.04 (3) which
addresses Contracts and Contract Approval. I don't see the LNC Chair's
signature on these contracts and I doubt they
were submitted to General Counsel for approval.
