[Lnc-business] new convention website using NationBuilder

Bureaucracy. Google Jack Welch and bureaucracy for examples. I point out
roadblocks from time to time as you well know.

============
Robert Kraus (copied on this email while I'm at it), I forgot to punch
in while working in Oklahoma.
Please add the following to my time card:
11/18/2015: 8 hours
11/29/2015: 12 hours
11/30/2015: 12 hours
12/1/2015: 18 hours (yes 18 hours: started at midnight, worked straight
till 10 am; then from 2 PM till midnight).
12/2/2015: add 7 hours to my morning hours: 5:00 am to 12:00 noon.

Most of that time was spent on ballot access, but I also kept up with
some normal work. I'll estimate allocations later.

All those extra hours have no affect on my pay. Just the time clock that
only me, Robert Kraus, and Aaron Starr typically look at.

I've gone over my 6 weeks max banked vacation time. I'm losing vacation
hours by not using them. Will try to burn some this month--probably a
week at Christmas, though I might punch in to answer some emails.
==============

I'm very encouraged that no roadblocks were put up for the convention
website.

Take care,
