[Lnc-business] book Phoenix flights for Feb LNC meeting

Wes, I would prefer the Holiday Inn that Mr. Goldstein mentioned. (The
main element in my preference is the extraordinary breakfast buffet we had
there, which was available during its stated hours, and my hope that the
outdoor hot tub will still be open.) However, I will stay at the meeting
hotel for at least 2 nights, wherever staff decides to put us.

By the way, while I agree with Mr. Ludlow about costs as a general matter,
I still strongly prefer to shift costs away from the party when possible.
I see no reason for the party to absorb a cost due to board behavior, and
think it makes perfect sense to make sure we'll hit this guarantee.

I agree with Mr. Riemers, but note that the Lord could have intervened at
any time, but did not do so until last night. Therefore, I will also
praise the Executive Committee for making a decision.
