[Lnc-business] Budget Increase Motion - Branding

Wes, my points were not directed at you, and thank you for the time you've
spent on this.  I don't think that more time spent on a task automatically
is better - by actually speaking to one another, if we can resolve this
with less effort and less staff time, I think that's better.  I understand
the point you are making, and if it is the case that more than 2/3 of this
committee do not want to meet, I will most likely vote for this proposal -
it is not my intent to let staff hit "no more money in the budget" points
for the sake of form.  I do think, though, that you get better results by
actually talking, and that email tends to distort outcomes, for the reasons
I discussed this morning as well as over the last few weeks.
