[Lnc-business] discussion on variant of UMP

I think it is a discussion that needs to be had, even if periodically.
Again, I am planning on discussing this in depth with folks in November.
It might be a non-starter, but this comes up regularly among members, and
we look towards growth and retention in this very unusual year I think it
deserves another look.
