Steve provided a different language to the one part of the resolution that
Joshua brought up was confusing:

Change: WHEREAS; the exclusion of a candidate from equal footing in a
polling question is not the same as a ballot which does include all
candidates in the same question, and therefore this exclusion cannot
possibly present an accurate portrayal of the anticipated ending result of
an election;

To: WHEREAS; Polling questions which exclude candidates desired by the
voters do not accurately represent ballot options or public opinion and are
prejudicial against the will of the voters;

Joshua, would that work to clarify (understanding that you are not yet
speaking on the merits, only on the clarity)?
