[Lnc-business] Libertarian Youth Caucus

Dear LNC,

There is a request from the Libertarian Youth Caucus

Currently, there is an inactive group called the Youth Caucus of the
Libertarian Party. They have facebook page that people often mistakenly
join, looking for the Libertarian Youth Caucus. The highly active
libertarian youth caucus wishes merge the pages. They have sent a request
to the apparent leadership of the Youth Caucus of the Libertarian Party,
without response.

I have the technical ability to allow it. However, as both are independent
caucuses, so I'm not sure if we, or anyone has the jurisdiction.

I think the page merge is a good strategic idea, but I await your response
on this.
